I am using the flexpoints as well. On the new flexpoints system you get a minimum number of points you should be eating per day instead of a range like the old system.
My minimum number is 22 points per day so anything extra that I eat I use my flexpoints for. I usually use them on weekends since I am ususallly out and about and can't always stay OP where I am.
I found SBD helped me get rid of carb and sugar cravings.
