so I dissapeared this weekend as I was having issues with my IPAD so did not have access to the internet.
Also my scale keeps fluctuating. I weighed myself 5 times this morning and the scale showed 5 different numbers. I finally took it out into the hall and it was finally consistent.

I am on my 6th day of induction and so far it seems to be going great. My challenge starts tomorrow when i have guests coming in from out of town for two weeks after which i go away for 10 days.
Shenaz1- I'm doing an extended induction so this is my second go with Atkins extended and my first go last year I lost 70lbs and now I'm in week three of my second go.
Anyone- Not sure why I had the gain today. Please feel free to comment on my menu. This is what I ate yesterday:
B: 3 egg omelete cooked in butter with one slice of cheddar cheese
L: 8 chicken wings baked with pepper and seasoning salt, steamed cauliflower with a butter based sauce only
D: Baked salmon, 1/2 cabbage, 1/2 cauliflower with butter again
Here we go:

10/16: 176
10/17: 174
10/18: 173
10/19: 173

I am up one pound today. am also feeling constipated.
Shan84 have you ever had an issue with Dairy? other than the cheese, I don't see anything that would why you would have gained. Unless it's almost your TOM.
shenaz- I've never had an issue with dairy that I know of. I'm currently 12 days late for my TOM but I'm assuming its late cause I started back on induction 5 days before it was due and there is zero chance of me being pregnant. So, my cycle is a bit missed up right now. I'll keep chugging along though.
Today's food-
Brunch (late getting up)- 3 tablespoons of mayo, 1 large chicken breast, 1 avacado, 1 slice of cheddar cheese
Dinner- 2 beef steaks, 1 cup of cabbage, 1/2 red onion
