I just bought the book on Kindle today. It kind of reminds me of the 17 day diet. But the first 2 phases are 5 days long instead of 17 - which excites me! There are only 20 foods on the list for the first phase. But I like this. I need a strict but do-able kick-start to sugar detox and see results fast while re-training my brain how to eat healthy. I'm looking forward to starting next week after I have time to read everything and stock up on my foods.

Let us know how it goes! I plan on buying my copy tomorrow and starting ASAP!

I tried Ideal Protein, and while it works, it's too expensive and since I'm intolerant to soy, eating their very few soy-free selections isn't going to teach me to eat normally (I drink IP drink morning, eat jello at lunch, and have cheese wedges snack - that's it, every day the same thing (plus veggies and diner, of course).

This has to be the best book I've read on weight loss in my entire adult life. This is not some easy quick weight loss. In this book, Dr. Phil talks about how to put foods together to keep you fuller longer and the foods which will help you lose weight as well. Highly recommended!

I just got the book too, seems very good. I like the first two phases being a short five days each. I am going to finish reading it and start Monday.

The only thing I kinda found difficult is phase 3 does not seem to have a food list or shopping list which the first 2 phases do. I like things to be clear. Maybe I am missing it , will go slower and hopefully I will see what I am looking for.

Just finished first 5 days, LOST 6 pounds! Happy with that, we will see how the next phase goes but I feel motivated. I didn't make a lot of the recipes , kinda nibbled on allowed 20 foods.

I just started the 20/20 plan today. Is anyone still doing it? How are you liking it?

I'm starting the plan tomorrow. Saw a recent photo of myself and ordered the kindle version today. OMG I have been in major denial.
