Marina, easy come, easy go. I went to a reunion tonight and I probably gained all 5 lbs back!
If you did, that's part of the journey, we've all been through that. But wait until tomorrow or maybe even monday to check if you've gained. Sometimes we only gain a little or nothing at all. Everyday I wake up not knowing if the scale will go up or down. Even doing the same things for several days i get ubelievable variations... crazy weight!

I told my husband that! I told him that every time I get on the scales I hold my breath because I have no idea what is gonna happen. It's like no matter what I eat or what exercise I do, ultimately, it's a roll of the dice. Sometimes when I am expecting a gain I get a lose and some times (far more of an impact) I see a gain when I was expecting a lose. This losing weight isn't an easy thing! He wouldn't know, he eats whatever he wants, whenever he wants and never gains an ounce. I haven't said anything to him about it but he has come to bed almost every night with chips (this isn't out of the ordinary, we usually watch about an hour of TV together each night) and I've wanted to strangle him! But, I know that he isn't purposely tempting me and I have to learn to live with him, and his eating habits, and still make good choices. The really GREAT part of the whole thing is he weighed one day this week and he has dropped 8 pounds in the last week and a half. He is is 6'2 and now weighs 178.3. I told him that one of goals is to weigh less than him and if he could help me out by NOT losing weight, that would be dandy! LOL!
Jb1975 I laughed so much reading your response! You come across as really funny and loving couple! I too feel more impact when i'm expecting a loss and then there's a gain...
