Jude to the thread everyone's welcome, glad you're here. And don't feel back I usually have a .2-.4 up on the first of the month. I'm not sure what happened yesterday wish I could repeat it every day

My son has challenged me to lose 10lbs this month. I don't think it's possible but I am going to definitely give it a shot minus my cheat foods that I already said I was going to have at some point after my weigh in this morning So it is on
Rennie--That's quite a challenge, but even if you only almost make it you're still a winner!
My husband and I have a lot of 4th of July weekend stuff going on. Food will be a challenge. Hopefully I will eat relatively well and exercise enough to not do much damage. I wish it weren't a holiday weekend!
Thanks Sarah you're too kind . We have changed it to a 15lb challenge by Sept 1st. I wanted to take the kids to a park with carnival rides and such for the 4th but they are forecasting a possible bad storm so we may not be going any where.
Hi all!! SO glad July has rolled around! Love summer activities and my birthday is at the end of the month, so I always look forward to it Work has been crazy and non stop since I returned from vacay, but busy is good! Happy Canada Day to our northern friends!!!
Rennie, as usual thanks for starting the new thread and giving us all a place to check in with each other! Your son's challenge sounds exciting....I'm game to join that challenge! I will work to meet that challenge of 15 pounds lost but I'm going to target Aug 15th because I have quite a bit more to lose than you I'm back on plan and working out but need something to work towards, so this will for sure keep me accountable to you as well as push you and push myself!

Thanks akelly I'm glad to have someone else do it with me since he's 16 he can easily say I'm done and be done. And I don't want to quit because he did and it's no fun alone
