Can't believe it's JULY!!!
What's your goal for July?
Have any exciting holiday plans?
My goal for July is to lose 10 lbs I also need more daily exercise!!
We have no major 4th plans just chill at home. We are grilling with our neighbors. It will be really low key.
I am a bit sore this afternoon. I think I may have overdone things a bit this morning.

Deb, you are never alone!
Last night as I was thinking about my non weight loss I thought of you. If Deb can do it with all she is going through, I can do it too!
I am so impressed with your 20 pound loss!
How is your food/exercise going?

Deb, PHEW! So glad your tests provided such great news.
Hi Ubee
At WW weigh in this morning I'd lost a bit over 1.5 lbs this past week. I'm really working hard at replacing junk cravings with healthy options. This is the first time in ages I've lost weight 2 weeks in a row. I'm going to try, day by day, to show at least the same loss next week.
Looks like a cold front is FINALLY going to come through tonight and give us clear skies, low humidity and temps in the low 70s for a couple of days. I can't wait to be able to go outdoors without being soaked with sweat before I get to my car.

Beautiful Independence Day here. Cool, mostly sunny with a light breeze. Fireworks in the village tonight. My poor dog will be a wreck.

I am having a hungry day. I haven't pigged out but not on plan. Had a cook out with neighbors today. Didn't eat a brownie!!
Guess I will go guzzle some water and see if that helps.

Judy, it is never too late.
Deb, how did the water go. I had the same problem last night but I came on here and guzzled lemon water and I am pleased to say it worked!
Forward we go ladies!

I ended up eating watermelon last night. It really helped!!
Today has been yet another lazy day and I'm sick of sitting around. Hubby wint let me do anything. He is afraid I will overdo.
I made a blackberry cobbler today. It was thin so more like a pie. I love it but a bowl a yr is all I ever want.
Back on plan and going to walk tonight. I would love to jump on the minitramp but won't try it for another wk or so.
I have so many things I would love to do but have to wait to do.
We even called and checked hotel prices for tonight. They are way up so decided to visit my sister another wkend

Fridge is full of bottled water. Nice thing is living alone I can refill bottles.
I lost it for a couple days but feel pretty good today. I've got a bag of freshly frozen raspberries at the front of the freezer to crunch on as needed and/or to toss on a salad.
Deb: Baby steps. I have reservations for 2 nights in Saratoga Springs in Sept. I'm going to an event nearby and won't be in town except to sleep. I was shocked at the out of season prices.
Hi Ubee!
Carol, Heather, Angela ................Where are you???????

Sitting at hubby's dr office while he sees his dr. Lunch will be at Mexican but I know I will be fine eating there. Stay away from tomato based stuff and over eating.
I get my stitches out today. I have a list if questions I need answers to. Writing them down so I don't forget any.
We are walking daily and it feels so good!!
