I forgot to mention that for 3 weeks prior to running I was hiking a trail 2.5 miles 2-3 times a week. With severe incline and decline. In different shoes that were too small so I bought cheap running ones in a bigger size but need proper fitted ones now. Right. So that solves it. It's the shoes and hard exercise. Well at least I'm only running and I really really enjoy it. The hiking not so much.
