I was doing a search last night on cucumbers and you'd mentioned that in a thread but then I couldnt find the actual recipe. Thanks!!!!!!!
Lisa, I buy the frozen packages of stir-fry veggies and the frozen shrimp (already peeled and cooked). Then I just heat up some olive oil and mix in however much I want. It thaws out quickly. Sometimes I add soy sauce. I can't cook either!!!
