I am doing my little resistance exercises everyday. I didn't do them until late last night yesterday. I've still got sore muscles from my running on tuesday. I hope they are better by tomorrow. And i wonder if i will have sore muscles every time for quite a while since i'm going to be pushing myself speed wise. I hope not.
