Thank you Sarah and Carol.. I grabbed onto that magnet and WOOP lost 2.2 lbs last night HOORAY! and I have a BIG *SS smile on this morning! Wwweweeeeeeeeee

I agree with Carol, those water weights count as downwards movement, they sure as heck wreak enough havok on the upwards swing, only fair to also give them their due when they move in the right direction!
