Default April already?!

Wow, I can't believe it is April 1st already! I only lost 1 lb last week, but I had expected a small loss. I was craving salt all last week and had peanuts 3 or 4 days. Not many, but with salt. Jillian Michaels (Body Revolution) is pounding it out of me this week . The program switches every two weeks and this was a new week for me - TOUGH!

I am glad to hear that everyone is hanging in there. Have a great day!

Sandra - Welcome!!!

Default MSM supplement

Sorry - quick question. Does anyone take the MSM and how much do you take per meal or per day?

I'm new, so pardon me if I post in the wrong place. I'm just wondering how to maneuver on here. I did the MRC diet a little over a year ago and lost 50+ pounds. I wanted to start up again, but I can find my menus. A post I found on Google said the menus are posted in a folder marked "help". But I can't find that either. PLEASE HELP

I have not heard of such a folder but you can call your local center or the center you went to before and they should give you copies.

I weighed in yesterday and am down 1 pound (well, 3 actually, but I was up two last weigh-in). I'm FINALLY back to pre-pregnancy weight! So, I called for my medical records to find out how much I've lost since the baby was born. You guys, I gained SO MUCH weight! I just learned that with a 1/2 month to go before her arrival, I'd already gained almost 70 pounds!!! But, it's all gone now. YAHOO!!!!!!!
Now, it's time to see if I can crush the rest of my 17 weeks, and maybe lose another 10 or so pounds.

angiemd1975 - the folder was likely deleted as it is illegal to share their coprighted menus. If you call your center, I'm sure they will be happy to send you the menus that you used.

geo56 - MSM is methylsulfonylmethane. . It seems to help me with joint pain/stiffness. I was wondering if I take too much, however, and was curious what dose others take.

AshleyRae - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That is AWESOME!!!! I can't wait to say that I have lost that much weight!

Mine is coming off slower this time, but I'm OK with that. I think I lost 85 lbs in 100 days the first time I did MRC and maybe it was too easy.....I am having to work for it now!

selway: I have joint problems also but didn't know about MSM, it says to take one a day, what do you take? My lbs are coming off slow too but I'm kinda glad, my skin doesn't look so loose

Ashley Rae: Congrats on the loss, any pounds lost is good!

I take glucosamine and prescription Meloxicam for my knees. I wonder if this would be better.
Thanks Skelley and Selway. I will ask about it at the center on Friday.
In this weeks newsletter they were advertising another product called 5 HTP.
5HTP Helps...
Relieve Insomnia
Control Appetite
Improve your mood
Calm Anxiety
Reduce symptoms of PMS, Fibromyalgia, and Headaches
Has anyone taken this?

Geo56 - I haven't tried that one. I 'll have to read about it.

Skelley331 - I was taking two a day but just cut back to one to see how I feel. No particular reason, just checking to see if I can get by with less pills.

Happy April, everyone and wishing you all success this month. The 130's are in sight and hopefully I'll see them for my birthday this month. That would be a great gift to myself. Slow but steady is my weight loss, too, but still on plan so I know it's working.
