Congrats!!! That is an impressive amount to lose. What is counting bites? (obviously I can figure out what it means but can you go into more detail?)
Thanks! Counting bites is a way of losing and maintaining weight loss for life. It is the same principle as Calorie Counting, only much easier. I use an app for my iphone that automatically counts my bites, and when I go away from home sometimes I will place it on my lap and it vibrates when I need to take each bite, no calorie counting or special foods involved. I can eat whatever I want.

My starting wt. is close to yours so I feel I can relate. I am happy w/my progress on the plan I'm currently on (17 Day Diet plan). I just completed the 1 st cycle & am excited I lost almost 10 lbs. Hearing your success is motivating--thanks for posting!
I read your entire blog last night and decided to give counting bite a try. I literally read it while counting bites on a bowl of chili! I think most people could use some serious retraining when it comes to portion control and with 2 wee ones in he house, I don't want them to see me cleaning my plate at every meal. Thanks so much for the inspiration!
