Lulu--You are so right! I gave in to an awful craving tonight. I had chocolate pretzels for dinner. Blargh!!! I'd fought it for a couple of days and caved finally.
But on the good side, I was on plan for the rest of my meals/snacks.
Back on track tomorrow. I'm not working on losing weight, I'm working on preventing diabetes (it runs in my family and I was borderline gestational diabetic when I was pregnant).
That's my mantra, I'm not losing weight, I'm preventing diabetes.
It keeps me focused.
