As many as possible. This is the healthy food list and the ones that will help you lose weight the best.

I do Simply Filling so 95% of what I eat are Power Foods. Just a few weeks ago at my meeting I bought the Power Foods cookbook and there are some great recipes in there.

If you are counting points, as long as the Power Foods fit into your points don't be afraid to eat them because you think you'll gain. Like Quilter said, those are the ones that will help you lose weight.
