How did everyone do on the "No-Sweets Challenge"?
I did fairly well... I did cut back on my artificial sweetner use, which was my goal. Not as much as I had hoped, but it was cut back, and hopefully it will keep going down.
As my treat, I had some sugar-free chocolate and almond bars. They were tasty, but they had a nasty effect on my stomach, so I won't be having them again! Yuck!
