Broke up with boyfriend...
The first six days I lost a ton of weight because I couldn't eat at all...but now I'm bingeing and I feel like I can't get back on plan at all. I'm basically eating a ton of food once a day and the rest of the day I still feel too down to eat. Has anyone gone through this? How did you get your eating back to normal?
Goal 1: Onederland | Goal 2: 196 (not obese anymore!) | Goal 3: 180 (halfway to healthy!) | Goal 4: 164 (healthy BMI!)
