I have been using diet to go since March and have been very happy, over 30 lb lost so far! The food is almost always good and I can easily substitute meals I don't care for.
Due to the cost, I recently switched from 3 meals a day to just lunch and dinner and have been trying to wean myself into calorie counting, starting with the calories I can have for breakfast. I downloaded the lose-it app to help with that. The problem I'm having is the discrepancy between the nutrition info listed on the diet-to-go food/website and what comes up on the app.
On top of that, I'm looking at the info for some of the meals and they are not that impressive, I am paying for the low fat plan and my chili last night was listed in the app as having 25g fat??? I hope that is a typo.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with the app vs. their info? I find myself throwing away all or parts of some meals and making my own when the nutrition info throws me for a loop.
