Good job on getting down more and for getting in all that gym work! I too like working out in the morning much better, I hate the few days when I can't and have to work out in the evening.
Thanks guys for the support about the scale stuff. It's partly self imposed and partly an intervention thing from my bf and bff
I'm feeling much better about it today. Especially bc yesterday I took an update photo for making it half way through my ab challenge and was so surprised at how I can really see a difference in my stomach
Yesterday went on a pretty killer hike plus did my ab and squat challenge, feeling pretty sore today
Planning on a hike or walk later and more squat and ab challenge work
