I started following phase one yesterday partly to lose weight, but more so to see if eliminating negative carbs would help me feel better. For the past few months, I have felt like a bloated potato, and although I was following weight watchers, I could not lose weight. I then started to notice that after bread, potatoes, past, etc, I felt really bad. I was even getting headaches.
I followed day one yesterday and by the end of the day, I felt AWESOME!!
I even had a couple of beers last night, and I still felt great. I still feel wonderful this morning. No bloat, no potato feeling, no stomach aches, no gross fatty feeling. I love it!!
Despite that some say maybe I should be counting calories instead, and that SB may not be for someone like me, it has made me feel fabulous for the first time in a long time. Ode to my health!!
