Well, looks like I'm back at it! Had a good week, weighed yesterday and lost 7 lbs. I've ate around 1800 calories and walked daily, so far so good. Hope everyone is doing well.
Week 2 down. Haven't went off plan. Gained a pound! Maybe next week it'll drop some. On the bright side, I feel better, in a better mood and my blood sugar is much better. The weight will come off in time I'm sure. Hope everyone is doing well.
I had a big jump like that a week or so ago when my best friend came to visit.. that wasn't water tho that's for damn sure. Even if it is some weird gain that you can't quite explain don't let it get to ya.
no problem nothing can be worse than the 15 lbs "gain" I had when I found out my scale was broken and bought a new one. Every time a gain gets me down I remember that I muscled through that one.
