My favourite salad is actually one I buy from IKEA (and recreate all the time at home): Spring greens, goat cheese, pecans, dried blueberries, and balsamic vinagrette. It's loaded with stuff so I keep the portion small. I find the pecans make me way more full. Gotta love that fat!
