I rarely eat breakfast but I consider this one of my clean meals:
2p sliced mushrooms (washed)
Bake covered at 350 for 20 minutes
Drain the mushroom "juice" that cooks off
Mix 1/2 cup olive oil with 1tsp parsley, 1tsp sage, 1tsp rosemary 2 chopped cloves of garlic and a little crushed red pepper (if you like things a little spicy otherwise skip it)
Pour over, stir and re-cover and cook another 15-20 minutes.
Cool and use a little salt/pepper. Enjoy.
If this isn't considered "clean" well it's clean enough.
