Default My Mini-goal: consistently weigh under 150

So my 'usual' weight is in the mid-130s and I have gradually crept to 150s, never above 156.

Sometimes, if I have emptied and have less water weight (I guess), I am in like 148-149, which I imagine is my "real weight". However, my mini goal is for my day-to-day inflated weight (water, undigested food, etc) to be LESS than 150. Its so frustrating! I want to see real loss.

It seems to be going slowly this time. I previously lost weight after being 150 but was a smoker at the time, which I think made it easier to manage hunger. I don't miss the addiction but must now lose all on my own.

So, mini-goal is to never be above 150, so to genuinely lose at least 4 lbs, no ifs ands or buts.

Eventually I would like to return to 130s as a realistic goal, and a dream goal would be to get down to the 120s (but I'm not too fussed)

Default This resonates with me

Only for me it was to never have a 28 in front of my weight again. I maniacally stepped on the scale before breakfast, after breakfast, same for lunch, vowed not to eat or drink when it hit 279.8.... I took it a little far.

I wish you luck!

This is a mini goal of mine, too. I was so excited last week when the scale said 149.2 two days in a row! Unfortunately, since then it has read between 150-151, but I feel it getting closer! I never want to be in the 150s again!

I'm in the same problem as you! I'm right on that 148-151 range. Everytime I eat or drink something I am in the 150-151 range. Very frustrating because it seems that I can't stay under that for more then a day. I love your mini goal. And believe me you not alone in that goal!!

I sort of have a similar mini-goal, except that mine is to consistently weigh under 160. 160 is a scary, red-line weight for me and unfortunately i've surpassed it way too many days lately. I was consistently in the 150s for a few weeks but then after a binge weekend last weekend, i spent a couple days at 160. I'm now back in the high 150s and plan to not have a binge or cheat day again until i'm SAFELY in the 150s...meaning like mid 150s.

Smile Mini Goal

Hi everyone. I weight 208 and my mini goal is 180, and I would be happy when I get to my ultimate goal, which is 160.
Okay. I started WW, as I have been on before, but it seem like it just wasn't doing it for me, so I started counting calories. I read some place for my weight, age (58), and height, that 1400 calories was the amount I should eat. I started at almost 212 pounds so it has been working, but it seem like 1400 was a lot of food. Yesterday I started 1200 calories. What do you calorie counters think?
OH! I just started the Leslie Sansone walking tape. (I love her video tapes)

Thanks guys. I love this board!

Stayed under 150 all weekend and I think I'm in the safe zone weighing in at 147.6!! Feels awesome not to see that dreaded 150 again and again. I just have to remind myself of how I feel right now so I have the motivation never to see that number again. 22.6lbs to go!!

AmmoGirl,

Sorry to hear you will be leaving our beautiful Savannah area. I only live 55 miles from there. When I look at the news from there and all the crime they are having, I can understand it. Good luck to all you gals on staying less than 150 lbs. consistantly. I want to get in the 160's and stay there.
