Make sure your mixing in your blender cup and pour into your bowl. I immediately ut it in my freezer for 5 to 10 minutes and get it chilled.
I look forward to it every night now for dessert

I have to echo SFNinerGirl's advice here with pudding. Make it ahead of time (several packets in a large bowl) and use an immersion blender + get some Walden Farms Marshmallow dip-it seriously thickens puddings into a creamy treat. Also, get several types of sugar free Torani syrups or Walden Farms caramel syrup and chocolate syrup or Stevia flavored drops to add. Make the puddings, portion them into several bowls or ramekins and put them in the fridge overnight or the freezer if you plan on eating the pudding that day.
It turns a blah pudding packet into a dessert you look forward to. The possibilities are endless with the syrups.
Get creative! Here are some of my favorites (add desired water to each of the recipes):
IP strawberry pudding + WF peanut spread + WF marshmallow dip+ Torani sf peanut butter syrup=creamy PB&J
IP dark chocolate pudding + WF caramel syrup + WF marshmallow dip
IP vanilla pudding + IP pina colada drink + WF marshmallow dip + Torani sf coconut syrup=creamy pina colada
Have fun making the packets.
P.S. Your tastes will change over time. What is nasty now will become tasty in a few weeks.
