Default Quick question

Are the rice crispy treats restricted?

If you go to http://www.plainprotein.com they have all the nutritional info on all IP products.

Restricted is anything with more than 9 net (total carb minus fiber) carbs.

I just bought a pack of them today. It wasn't my first choice but my clinic hasn't received their shipment of food in yet so there wasn't much to choose from but I have to say I loved it. I will definitely buy them again.

Thanks for that link! I just bought some more of my IP supplements from them, but I love having the nutritional info!
