I'm not sure about you all, but I absolutely love sushi! But with my weight loss journey, I'm not always sure what items to lean towards or stay away from.. Or is it best to stay away from sushi in general?
I used to eat it at least twice a week, but now I'm not so sure if its what is best for my body. I figure to stay away from deep fried, any spicy mayso, and eel sauce. What, in your opinion, is the healthiest way to eat sushi?
