Alrighty then, Arabella! (and anyone else who wants to start a 21 day-er!)
My focus is going to be on:
Eating breakfast (always a challenge for me!)
Drinking more water
Taking essential vitamins/supplements
Exercise every day, in addition to regular dog walking
Checking in here every day to keep me honest!!
And with that I'm calling today Day 1!
