Essential Fatty Acid
Corti-Trim
MRC-6
Trace Elements
Multi Vitamin
Phenatrim Plus
Total Woman
I drink 3 - 4 HNS Clear drinks per day and use a little of the Vanilla Creamy in my coffee in the morning.
I also take the fiber once a day.
I'm only 2 weeks into the program and down 10 lbs. I am mixing the Vegetarian with the Regular Meta Slim plan. I only eat seafood, so the land animals are out for me.
I am hoping that once I stop taking all of the supplements I won't have any problems. As it stands today, I have more energy and feel great!!!

Reason: Forgot to add something.
KLB - 5, which is a similar version to MRC - 6
EFA
Multivitamin
I'm one of those medication noncompliant persons, so the fewer the better!
Isn't it amazing how much better your body feels when you provide it with what it needs!
Do you have a hard time finding good recipes with only eating seafood? What would you recommend? I have PTSD from my mother making me eat fish as a child!
I am taking:
All Day Thermologic
Essential Fatty Acid
Multi Vitamin
I drink 4-5 HNS Clear drinks per day
I'm on the over 200 menu plan. I signed up on Tuesday, started preconditioning Wednesday and started my menu plan yesterday. Cajun style tilapia and asparagus is cooking now

My favorite fish is Tilapia with lemon pepper on it. It's much better if you spray the pan and just fry it covered. So good.
My least favorite has been mahi mahi. It has the texture of chicken. Bleh!!
I think a good recipe (which isn't in the cookbook) would be to lay out a sheet of aluminum foil. Place tilapia filets in, chop up some veggies (green onion, squash..) add a oil and vinegar, lemon pepper and bake. YUMMY! IF you are allowed cheese, add cheese to the top before serving.
I don't like to cook. But, that's a recipe I remember from my Atkins days.

I see that you like to cook. Your food sounds delish. We are on the journey about the same time!!!
I'm on the Meta Slim Days 5 - 10 right now. But, only because I had to do the first week over because I didn't follow the plan correctly and then because I forgot to bring home my new menu on my last visit.
LOL!
I am down 10 lbs, though!!!

None, I just started the program again on my own on November 1st. I am taking syntrax nectar as my HNS and I'm just following the plans as I remember them. Still working pretty well.
Edit:
I am taking a multivitamin, b complex, a cortitrim substitute from gnc, and alpha lipoic acid

I took cortitrim, mrc 6, & phentatrim for the first month of program then I haven't been able to afford it, soright now I take a multivitamin, calcium supplement, guggle, fish oil, & I just restarted taking MRC 6
I don't take any now. I buy the HNS's since they are required by the contract to earn the year of maintenance and that is what I'm working towards. I only use the minimum of two a day to keep costs down, since I don't struggle with hunger and I've never seen an increase in weight loss when I up them to the four a day maximum they recommend. I buy my fish oil and multi-vitamins from Costco, so I'm still doing the 9 fish oils per day and 2 multi's per day they require, just not buying through them since it's not required to earn maintenance. I have absolutely noticed that my hair is much softer and silkier from the fish oil - I no longer use any product on it after washing and conditioning. Not sure I've noticed much difference in my skin. No difference in my nails.
My first day there, when I signed up, I bought "The Big 3" package (Corti-trim, MRC-6, and Enhancer) and then a week later was talked into adding Internal Cleanser. But I was so ashamed of myself for spending so much money and I felt so foolish popping so many pills a day. After that first month, I didn't get the 3-5 pound weight loss per week they supposedly guarantee, and the Internal Cleanser hadn't helped one bit, so I refused to buy more. My averages since then have been exactly the same. They bring it up (suggesting I go back on them) at every single weigh-in though! It really gets old and I struggled with some anger issues with the center for my first couple of months for sure. That's when I first found this board - it helped me to see that others were also annoyed with the sales tactics but were sticking with the program anyway because they were getting results.
It must be a center to center thing.. I've yet to get any hard sales from them... I feel no pressure at all to buy anything, except HNS...
It's not that it's hard sales, just that it's so obvious that the consultants are salespeople, not the weight loss specialists they claim to be. I felt really ripped off at first after spending so much money at the center and hoping to get the emotional support and accountability that a weight loss journey requires, and instead getting people that can't answer a single question, can only ever suggest buying another one of their products if I'm having any struggles or concerns, and seemingly can't wait to shoo me out of their office to get back to their interoffice mingling. A little harsh, but deprive us gluttons of our food for soothing hurt feelings and we get a bit touchy, you know?
Anyway, cut to four months later and I can't deny that the program works. I really have lost more fat than muscle as I did with previous diets - I know because I was a full size bigger than I am now each and every time I reached this weight when dieting on my own. So I'm pro MRC - just took me a while to feel that way.
