I'm gonna do this a different way this week, if you don't mind. I'm only gonna post one message, but edit it each day to include what I've done. I find it easier to look at it as a whole week, rather than in dribs and drabs.
Sunday: 45 minute tape (Kathy Smith's Fatburning -- an oldie but a goody. still kicks my butt.)
Monday: 2 hours of gardening (prepping a flower bed that's gone to weeds for a new start in the spring)
Tuesday: 45 minutes cumulative walking (35 minutes hallwalking + 10 minutes from Metro)
Wednesday: 40 minutes cumulative walking) and 30 minutes Pilates tape (I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!!)
Thursday: 30 minutes cumulative walking and 30 minutes weights.
Friday: 30 minutes cumulative walking and 30 minutes gardening
Saturday: rest (had planned to go to the gym, but Gem is sick, poor little thing)

Synger,
That is a really good idea! Maybe I'll do that next week. I do also keep a fitness/measurements/weight notebook as well.
