So at my heaviest I weighed a staggering 228lbs. I don't have any pictures from that weight, because I honestly hated the camera and hated the scale even more. In April 2009 my doctor weighed me in at 228. Shortly thereafter, I started a new job, something physically demanding, and dropped about 10lbs. The Before picture is from when I started my second job, so I was somewhere between 217lbs and 223lbs. The After picture was taken this morning, wearing the same clothes I had on in the before picture. I think it's amazing how the shirt hangs off of me now, I can't even wear it in public. The skirt, I didn't even have to unbutton, it slipped so easily over my hips, didn't even have to shimmy into it.
57lbs total, and over 6 inches on my waist and 6 on my hips gone. There is NO turning back. On to phase two of my transformation: Lose the last 40+lbs and tone up. I want muscles! Big ones!
Also, ignore my hair, I don't know what was up with it this morning. Stupid humidity.
