I am in the midst of TOM right now, and despite a diet of 1400 cals with 4 days of exercise a week, I've put on a pound. So very frustrated.

Normally I fluctuate between 1 - 2 lbs.

i usually see up to 10 lbs.. part of why im not sure about how i'm going to weigh myself this time around.. in the past its been very defeating just starting a new weight loss journey.

PS what is this 'whoosh'?
