I didn't care for these. They were soggy and too greasy. Maybe I cut them too thin (I have no idea what 1/4 of an inch looks like ) or had a different expectation in my mind. Here's what they looked like:

Halloween we all brought in treats at work. These were requested by my shift (I made them for them once before). I sliced up 3 zucchinis and had NONE left to take home.
