This is something my hubby likes I use 1 lb. extra lean hambuger, chopped onion, garlic and black pepper(no salt) cook till done add 1 sm head chopped & rinced cabbage,a little water, about 2-3 Tablespoons low sodiom soy sause cook till cabbage is tender. I bake a muffin tin of low cal corn bread and open a can of whole tomatoes. this is so easy and tasty. I hope this helps
