Default Healthy Ranch Dressing Recipe!

I love this ranch recipe, it's healthy, really tasty, and fast to make. I use it as a dip, dressing, and it makes a fantastic sandwich spread, too!

Combine in a bowl:

1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. "No Salt"
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan
½ tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. water
1 cup low-fat natural yogurt

It's great as a replacement for mayo or salad dressing! Enjoy!

(I also posted this in the "Salads" section before I saw the New Thread button for the main page, so I'm just putting it here where I meant to before.)

Love salads and ranch dressing used to be my favorite, but I don't like the fat-free store versions. This sounds good....look forward to trying it.

I use cream cheese with ranch seasoning (near popcorn) as a dip and/or sandwich spread. Its too thick to be a dressing though.

Gina's Buttermilk Ranch is pretty good too. She has a thicker, dipping, recipe too.
