Thank you for insight. I am also doing weights, my weightloss has slowed down but my size is shrinking. Does it mean eventually weight will come down?

I've heard yes the scale will follow but it might take time, so go by pictures, measurements and your clothing! The scale hasn't moved for me in 3 months!!!! But the fat on my body has!

Awww thanks everyone. Konsheart I'm glad I can be an inspiration to you, when I first started I was in this section and the goal section all the time looking at pics, it really helped me to just keep going, and every little bit helps. Keep it up! There will always be ups and downs, but the key is to just keep moving forward!

you have done such a great job you should be truely proud . Ive said my goal weight is 160 but I htink if I get close i may feel that a higher weight would be better I could change it thats the great thing about being in control of your body! very proud of you adn keep up the good work.

you look great!! so pretty!! My legs were under a layer of fat also lol and i had no clue i had cankles until i saw my before and during photos side by side.. its crazy!! I think the fat plays with our minds and our bodies lolol

Awww thanks everyone! It means a lot to me. Ksails I totally know what you mean. I thought I looked so hot last year and wore short shorts HAHA now that I see what my legs looked like before and now I can't believe it! Denial can be so strong! LOL

Jajomo: I weight train and have a large frame and large muscles so even though I weigh a lot on the scale, my body is compact. I totally believe in lifting heavy! Muscle makes you lean and compact and I've never weighed what I should on the scale even when I was super fit, it's cause muslce weighs more than fat
