Congratulations to rainydays for being co-winner of week 9.

I apologize for not being around nearly as much as I should be the past few weeks... it's been a nightmare for us cleaning out the other house and trying to get it ready for the family that will be moving in. Although we have until the end of the month to get everything done there are still a bunch of things that need to be done up there. At least now you can see the floors and some of the rooms are actually cleaned out. It's been very stressful for me and I haven't been eating nearly as well as I should be. I'm carrying about 10 extra pounds right now which is that lovely carb/salt induced water retention. We are still getting to the gym and our personal training sessions though so that's a very good thing.

Hopefully I'll be around more this week... we're not planning on going back up to the house again until the weekend.

Have a great week all !!

LeslieB - sorry you'eve been having such a rough time, I really admire the effort you've put into your weight loss as well as your commitment to this challenge. Thank you so much.

I was proud of myself for remembering to add my weight this week. If I don't update it on Thursday, I tend to forget to update before Sunday's cut off.
I certainly haven't broken any records for my weight loss this challenge, but hey, the numbers keep going down, and that is the most important thing to me!

Leslie you dont need to apologise! You've got a lot on and are doing great to juggle!

Rachael Love the positive attitude! My weight loss has really slowed the last couple of weeks but I'm also determined to keep at it and am sure that I'll make it to goal one day this year

Week 10, WOW!

Keep up the great work everyone

I've got to weigh in on Friday this week as Im away on a hen do all weekend, so I'll try really hard to remember to log it before I go!

All right Blue Team, just checking in with y'all.

How's it going? I am POP today. Making up for yesterday's slip. That's the name of the game though. Just swimming along, and not stopping.

So, how many weeks is this challenge? LOL

Im all over the place this week, perfect OP days, then very average days. Sunday weigh in will be interesting to say the least.

Hope you had a great hens weekend takingcontrol!

Rachaelm, i think leslie said it went until April, not long now at all.

I need to find another challenge or two by the time this finishes, otherwise i will go under big time. Any suggestions?

Its a long weekend here...YAY!!!!! Hope you all have a good one

Hey Blue Team. How's it going? I am working my plan.

My doctor was proud of me yesterday. He also told me my weight was 337 in 2009. I had totally blocked that number from my memory. Eek. But, on the other hand, that means I've lost 70 pounds since my highest weight. Man, that's a crazy number. ANYWAY, my mini goal of 50 pounds gone is right around the corner, and I'm ready to see it.

OH, sweet story about my dad. We're sitting on the deck yesterday, talking about my dr visit. He said, "I saw two ladies on the news last night, cause they've lost 100 pounds. I thought, huh you haven't seen anything. Rachael's going to blow that out of the water." It was just so nice to know that my dad has absolutely no doubts about my success in this journey.

Hi Team,

I hope everyone has had a great week.

Thank you all for understanding my absenses.... I never thought I would get busy like this. It's been good and bad... the time seems to go too quickly but on the plus side it keeps me active and moving around alot. My knees have really been bothering me lately... I've talked to the doctor about them and, unfortunately, they will never get better on their own. I will eventually need to get them replaced but that will have to wait until I'm much closer to goal weight. The consequence of being over 400 lbs. for 25 or so years. On one hand it seems kind of strange that they hurt more now that I've lost quite a bit of weight but on the other it makes complete sense as I'm definitely using them far more then I ever have.

Planning to slow down a bit this weekend and get a bit of pampering tomorrow. A friend and I are going to the spa for pedicures and manicures after we do water aerobics in the morning. I'm then going to see Pygmalion with a group of ladies from the book club I belong to. Sunday will see hubby and I back up at the house to try and get it finally cleaned out so the professionals can come in and do their magic and make it all spiffy and clean again.

The challenge does go until the first of April. Hopefully we'll know soon when the next season will be starting. It would be great to see everyone back for our next challenge. If you have any suggestions on any weekly challenges and such we could try please let me know. It would be great to have our own mini challenges along the way.

Have a great weekend all !

Doh, i have absolutly no idea what time zone is used for the weigh in deadline!!! I slept in (blasted long weekends and late night reading) and think i missed it if you go by your eastern standard time the way we do.

Leslie if i missed the deadline can i stay as an honourary member at all?

Sorry ladies
