Default Are reduced fat cheeses a whole food?

What about reduced fat greek yogurt? Regarding the yogurt, i'm talking yogurt with no sweeteners or flavorings, such as the Fage greek yogurt.

I've had reduced fat mozzarella, gouda, and cheddar. Do these contain some kind of additives that makes them lower fat? I don't see anything alarming on the nutrition label.

I dont know for certain but I'm leaning towards yes they are.

I do weight watchers and both Fage nonfat greek yogurt and nonfat american cheese show up as power foods.

These foods just start with lower-fat milks (which you get by allowing non-homogenized milk to stand until the cream separates). There's no additive or other chemicals that make them low fat. Some low fat foods have more sugar or salt added to make them taste better, but this isn't the case with basic dairy products like cheese or yogurt.
