Hi Red Team,
Sorry I've been so scarce, I do stop in to read but don't get a chance to post. I've been working on getting my eating back under control, and I think I'm getting it done. Lent started Wednesday and I'm trying to not eat between meals. I'm also trying a modified fast, one normal sized meal and 2 smaller meals during the day. So far so good.
Waht veges do I like, any I can grow fresh. I really like broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, peppers and fresh sweet corn right off the cob. The fresher the better, that is why I garden. It's getting close to time to plan my garden again, I have some heirloom tomatos I need to get started and I also got some heirloom peppers to try. I am so ready for spring.
Have a great weekend

Hi everyone
I just maintained this week, sorry! I've got my eating/calories under control but I have been slacking off on my workouts. I am doing a 25 day exercise challenge with another blogger so I know that will help to make me think twice before skipping a workout.

LooseSeal - What an awesome deal - $10 for 10 workouts!

Shanhat - That really sucks about the plantar fasciitis. I know how frustrating it can be to want to be active but you can't because of injuries. Hang in there

Maryshady - I hope your knee is feeling better.

Mel - Good reminder about the veggies! I usually get my full servings of vegetables a day, as like you I always have a large salad for lunch and try have 2 veggies with dinner most days of the week. If I had to pick one favorite I would choose broccoli. I use broccoli slaw quite a bit as well as the florets.

I have classes tomorrow and I have homework so I better get working on it.
Talk about leaving it until the last minute, lol.

Ooo, wasn't able to log in for two days. Weird. Apparently they fixed the problem . . .

Have been OP all week (except Thurs), exercising (up to running half of my workout), weight workouts. No clue what the scale says but my clothes are def looser.

I did a HIIT workout on the recumbent bike today, and it was HARD.

Tried the elliptical ... still can't do it.

And I gained a pound. But all I can do is my best right now, and I'm going to be OP 100 percent this week.

Congratulations to everyone that lost this week.

I have stalled and I think it's because I lost a lot during the last challenge and my body is getting used to this weight.
I need a plateau buster. I've also had a really bad cold the last few days so exercise has been somewhat forced and only 30 min's a day.
I would like to up my workouts to 2 - 60 minute sessions again, so that I can kick it into high gear!

Good luck in the upcoming week!! Go RED!

Hi team,
I haven't looked at weigh ins today. Celebrated my husband's 50th today and the last guests just left. I took a freebie this week. I'll get back to it and start a new thread in the morning. Week 9 here we come!
