Just started using the old Points plan
Hello, while I did recently, use the new WW program, I found it good, but not as effective as the old Points plan, where I had more structure and success, so I am going back to that. I appreciate the link to the One More Pound site. I had found this site years ago.
I found that the act of writing down to track more effective at driving into my brain YOU ARE EATING something... Vs. on my phone. I realize that a manual tracking system is a bit cumbersome, and the need to manually track may just be a quirk of my own!
YMMV, but if a program isn't working well, the old Points plan was around for a long time before they started changing it significantly. So it may work for you. I'd love to connect with others who are doing the old Points plan!
