konfyoozed: Some months feel slower than others, but you're so going to reap the rewards of that strength training in how you look and feel!! And in the end it will help you lose more too, since the muscle burns more calories on a daily basis. Win-win!
I'll update the list again tomorrow with any other final reports! For myself, I'm hoping the scale is still below 152.6 in the morning, but boy, my weight has gone NOWHERE this month. At least it's not still way up like it was a week or so ago though.
