My husband made some evil delicious chicken wings. He baked them and put hot sauce on them and I wanted to go wing nuts but I restrained myself and didn't go over calorie budget. I've been drinking LOTS of water today and it has been doing it job.

I did pretty good. My bad eating was related to trying to stomach food while horribly nauseous, so I ended up with a club sandwich and Ginger ale instead of chicken chop suey and a salad.

Oh well. I was still down .8 pounds today (I am only aiming for a 1 lb per week loss during pregnancy) so I was a happy clam. It helped immensely that it was just me and hubby at home, and not a party!

Just bumping this post to say... Gah! I did worse for the Superbowl than Thanksgiving or all of Dec? Stupid, stupid cashews, whole wheat veggie pizza and Mediterranean food. This is how I got fat. Way too much "healthy" food. Washed down with a not healthy bottle of wine. The party was at my house and my husband got the food and I really should have eaten first and left all the food to the guests.

I ate some bad food on Superbowl Sunday like the rest of you. We had home made chili, velvetta/rotel dip, corn chips, potato chips, dip, beer. I did not eat a lot of it but what I did eat made me very ill. The chili almost killed me with heartburn! LOL!

I have brushed myself off and moved on like I am sure the rest of you have done!

I think I was worse with Superbowl Sunday than I was for Christmas and Thanksgiving combined.

Moving on...lesson learned...LOL

Well, just brush it off and get back in control! one day is just that. Even skinny people eat too much at parties. Here's to all of us getting back on plan and staying there!

Unhappy

I didn't do too badly; but it was enough! But then again that which doesn't kill us only makes us stronger!!

Keep up the positive thoughts. We will overcome.
