From the MOM in these photos --- Thanks everyone for the kind comments! I have really enjoyed being a "coach" to many folks in my office too. It really is like being given "a new life". I've never felt better and know that I can do anything! Hang in there. You can do it too. You have more "IRON WILL" than you could ever know was there. YOU CAN DO IT!

Indeed! both of your transformation is amazing. This only shows that if you have the determination to really achieved your desired weight then it can actually happen.

The two of you not only look great, but happy and healthy as well. Hopefully this will inspire more and more people to pursue on their journey to be healthy, and that when they already achieved their ideal weight will still continue the healthy lifestyle.

If that happens, there will be less people who will suffer from chronic diseases due to over weight issues and obesity. More people will live longer, healthier and of most of all happier. That would be nice
