After all the drama

I WI the same Today as I did 4 days ago.159.2

. Couldn't WI yesterday,no access to a scale and it drove me crazy

I fought hard to get pass 159.2,being that that made me 3.2 lbs down, 5 days into the month.I tried to make my body do things it just wasn't going to do

i should know it releases when it gets ready

But I'm very happy I held on to that loss all month.(which is actually what my weight loss is suppose to be at this stage) I'll start back pushing the exercise hard again in a couple of days and Hopefully now it's ready to move on.
