Lovely ~ If you listen closely, you can probably hear the air horn my brother blows every time the Pats score. After the missed field goal two weeks ago by the Baltimore guy, my brother literally just opened the door and held down the button and let it go until it ran out!!! LOL

Hey guys - I haven't been around this week so I thought I'd check in.

If any of you saw my post on the weigh in thread at the beginning of the week you saw that I had a lot of non-ww friendly foods last Sunday night. I almost just didn't track it but told myself no, I ate it so I need to be accountable for it. After all was said and done I used all of my dailies, all of my weeklies and 50 points over. Yep, you read that right - 50 OVER my weekly allowance.

I was definitely disappointed in myself but I wasn't going to let that throw me completely off course. I stayed totally in plan the rest of the week and I kicked up activity in the gym. Despite a foot injury I was able to earn 20 activity points to make up for a little bit of that.

Accomplishments this week:
- Not giving up after such a big FAIL

- Spending extra time in the gym when I really didn't want to be there in the first place.

- and yesterday I RAN for a minute and a half straight on the treadmill at 5 mph on a 1 % incline. A minute and a half may not seem like much to some people but when I started going to the gym in December I had trouble jogging at 4 mph w/no incline for 30 seconds. So this is a HUGE improvement.

Yeah Chele on your loss

Tudor I am rooting for you I know you can get that .8!

anga great job on the treadmill I know the feeling when I first started at the gym in sept I would use the elliptical and I could barely do 5 min now I do 60 on the interval training setting

Lovely you have such a positive attitude about not sticking 100% to you goals or plan. Because of your examples I have learned to take it as it comes too. (like the pizza friday night) and I could have gotten really down today because the scale was down 1.5 yesterday and back up that 1.5 today. But I look at that as my body is fighting itself about letting it go so I know I am on the right track

Well today I am going to go to the gym durning the superbowl lol and watch while I am on the elliptical

Anga: not giving up after a set back is going to get you through to a goal, you will never reach if you had given up. That is terrific, good for you.
Yes, its hard to be honest, but that was what is needed.
GOod for you!
