anga great job on the treadmill I know the feeling when I first started at the gym in sept I would use the elliptical and I could barely do 5 min now I do 60 on the interval training setting
Lovely you have such a positive attitude about not sticking 100% to you goals or plan. Because of your examples I have learned to take it as it comes too. (like the pizza friday night) and I could have gotten really down today because the scale was down 1.5 yesterday and back up that 1.5 today. But I look at that as my body is fighting itself about letting it go

so I know I am on the right track
Well today I am going to go to the gym durning the superbowl lol and watch while I am on the elliptical
