I did a weigh in today and the stats are:

SW: 225
CW: 219
GW: 215

So a total of 6 pounds lost!!
Wednesday is the 29th soooo... I'm not sure if I will be able to lose 4 pounds by then... But very optimistic.

Hope everyone is doing GREAT on this February challenge.

Hey! I did it! I was really bloated this weekend and 166, but yesterday and today it had dropped. I didn't want to post until I was sure it wasn't a fluke. =)

im really bad and only lost 3lbs for the whole time. the last few weeks iv all but given up but im back on track now
