My 2 favorites are a pat of butter or a tablespoon of natural (non-sweetened) peanut butter. I don't like sweetened oatmeal and the addition of fat balances out all of those carbs and keeps my appetite in check

Another delicious way to have oats is raw, mixed with greek yogurt and some nuts & berries (my favorite combo is raw almonds and blueberries).
