I had a "mini binge day" I was feeling discouraged by my weight gain this week and now I feel kinda gross..tomorrow is a new day and to stick to the program.
Breakfast: coffee with milk and sugar (2PP)
2 small plain donut (9PP) 1/2 a WW bagel (2PP) cream cheese(1PP)clementines (0PP) banana (0PP)
lunch: leftover soup (3PP), cheese(2PP),cookie(5PP)
snack: chocolate (8PP)
supper: chinese food: fried rice 1 cup (7PP), 2 garlic spare ribs(4PP), a little sweet sour chicken(4PP), veggies, 1/2 an eggroll(4PP), 4 fried wontons (4PP)
