It's my TOM, I've just gotten off of birthcontrol that I've been on for a year and a few months and I am RAVENOUS!! I'm trying as hard as I can not to give in but goodness I can't stop thinking of chocolate and pasta!!! I haven't felt like this in ages so I'm finding it particularly hard to control myself. Good luck to you ladies!! We can get through this!!

I'm on a diet similar to paleo (basically replace nuts with beans and add in a day where you eat anything you want) and I've found the same thing to be true! I use to be STARVING all of the time and now it almost never happens. Heck, I barely even go looking for a snack anymore!

Ok, this happens to me.. a lot! And a lot of the time, I do give in. I find I have these days when I have nothing to do & Im bored. Staying busy usually helps! Like I usu. have a schedule & a million things to do everyday, & feeling like there's something I should be doing besides sitting around snacking helps me stay focused. I also keep healthier snacks around if I do feel like splurging a bit.

It happens to the best of us! As long as you get back on the wagon and keep going it's all good!

I totally had one of those days last night. I ate way too many cookies. But also I was on my period. Hormones tend to make me eat and crave foods I don't need.

I have those days where I feel like a bottomless black pit. Story of my life. I just have to try and eat the best foods that I can first. That way I won't feel bad if I snack on something terrible.. Like Girl Scout cookie Samoa icecream. Yummm. I mean, NO BAD. Hmph.

I get like that sometimes. I find that if i eat whole, unprocessed foods and enough greens I less frequently 'go off'. When I do it's chocolate chip ice cream.

Today was one of those days for me. I ate pancakes at ihop for breakfast, way too much ice cream, a cheese burger, cereal, and later barbecue chicken wings. IMO this constitutes a binge. And Im not proud of it. But, I need to be accountable, and thank God, tomorrow is a new day.
