The $$ was for both the blades and the installation. I know some places will do it for free but they are at least a half hour away and I love to shop local. They recognize my voice on the phone and call me Ruthie!

Actually that stood me in good stead this morning as my car died on me halfway to my audit meeting! The lads came and rescued me, towing my car into the shop. (Something major and electrical, I think.) Anyhow they dropped me off at home and now Stuart is on his way with all the files. We just want to get 'er done!

Morning all!

Karen- is your cauliflower super wet? Mine was and I remember I patted it down dry, then mashed it up, spread it as thin as possible and lengthened the cooking time for 15 minutes longer before I piled on the stuff! How did your haircut turn out?

MMc - we want pics of your cut too!!!

Thanks for all the hair compliments (I attached another photo of me from a few seconds ago - went funky this AM! So no need to look back )

I've got some anxiety going on right now and I've been late night munching and the scale moved up a pound or two as of late. Just drinking water, no food after 8p and let's see how it goes. We'll see what my weigh in is on Saturday. I've been going to the gym too, am finally off the steroids so I hope it gets moving in the right direction soon!

Happy Thursday all

Quick question... is Wendy's Chili safe for phase 2?
I have a crazy day today and thought this might be a good option, but I don't want to screw anything up.
lees, the chili is an OP option when you're having a crazy day and don't feel you have a better option. Be aware, however, that you'll probably get a blast of sodium which tends to make the scale numbers go up for me. Personally, I weigh everyday, but don't weight the day after I eat out. I've put the chile atop a side salad in a pinch.

Weeellll, the egg substitute seems to make it pretty wet but not the veggie itself; I'm using fresh and just lightly microwaving it first. The edges of the "pizza" burn, the bottom is stuck to the surface, the interior is mush. It tastes okay but is disappointing as a pizza substitute and takes a lot of work! My hair is the same boring cut, just shorter and less grey Much darker than yours!

thanks... I am trying not to weigh every day.
I have a work dinner to go to tonight and I am betting that I will end up just having salad. I am going to have some challenges over the next couple of days. SO many catered work events.

DOH! Forgot about the substitute. I used frozen and found it too wet. It's not perfect but a good go-to for me instead of WW flour (it scares me). It winds up being more of pizza mush but it's still yummy I swore the next time I made it, I was going to make it like taco bake and think of it more like pizza bake.

Hello & good evening (here anyways).. Readying my fridge & cabinets for starting SB on monday.. I started a major 7 day Body Detox this evening .. Cleaning out my system, parasites, etc.. that I may have brought back from India.. readying my body to receive all the yummy healthy food choices..

I figure I need it, & it'll keep me from making crappy food choices i.e."The last supper" "last pasta" "last junk" before I start officially on Monday...

Anyways.. Just wanted to pop in & check in... start getting in the "groove" G'nite all~
